ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Howard Morgan, President, is a graduate of Ohio University’s School of Engineering. He has dedicated over ten years in the design and support of missile guidance systems for military contractors. In addition, he has acted as Special Products Officer between military contractors and the United States Department of the Navy. For the last forty years he has been the founder and President of the Budd-Morgan Alarm Company. During these years he has developed excellent working relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and civil authorities enabling him provide the highest level of quality products and services possible.
Tracey Morgan, Vice president, is a graduate of Nassau College, Business Administration. By serving on the Board of the Metropolitan Burglar and Fire Alarm Association he has demonstrated his concern and dedication for the electronic protection industry. Part of his service included meeting with New York State Senators and members of Congress in Washington, D.C. to present the special needs and public service issues that exist within the Fire and Security industry. With thirty years of field experience, Tracey Morgan has earned a reputation for technical expertise and responsive working relationships that include fire marshals throughout our operating region. His commitment to technical support and service continues twenty-four hours a day seven days a week.
ABOUT OUR STAFF
The Budd-Morgan Alarm Company staff are members of both the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and the Metropolitan Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. Our carefully selected and trained field staff has taken advantage of the comprehensive education offered by these organizations. We are proud that all of our staff is Level Two Certified by New York State. To enable our staff to respond promptly and efficiently (in most cases within two hours), Budd-Morgan boasts a fleet of state-of-the-art, fully stocked, installation and service trucks.

Our efficient office is fully staffed and computerized. Courteous and responsive staff will promptly assist by providing information or addressing concerns whether it’s changing a code, billing inquires, or arming a system. Our technical support, service and Central Station Departments operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, providing prompt and courteous service.
